Dessert Beer Extraordinaire

18 Dec

What do you think of when you hear dessert beer? More often than not, it is a stout of some sort. Tonight I had the opportunity to try a dessert beer on a whole different level.

Southern Tier Creme Brûlée Stout tastes exactly as it sounds. The only thing missing is the spoon. It is rich with vanilla and creamy with a butter like flavor. There’s really no other way to describe it. It’s truly like creme brûlée in a bottle. Should you ever get the opportunity to try this brew, jump on it.

    Andy,

I’m actually saving this bottle for my collection, but I’ll gladly save any others I run across with ceramic labels for you.
